In the early morning of May 3, 2023, Reginald Angus Argue had his old FB page, which he had for almost seventeen years, hacked and stolen from him. So Reginald, a poet, writer, and veteran, is now reciting and recording a poem or an insightful message he wrote, plus a story from his life, once every two weeks under "The Real Reginald Angus Argue." Reginald Angus Argue recited his poems; he wrote "The Trench & Memories of A Soldier." Reginald also shares the story behind how he came to write his poem, "The Trench," on trench warfare during WWI.
Reginald also includes a picture from his late Great Great Great Uncle, who fought in the Boar War along with WWI. He was injured three times in WWI, and he kept re-upping until his last injury, where he lost an eye. Sadly, he passed away in the early '60s, living just off of Skid Row in Vancouver.
The second picture Reginald shared in his poem "Memories of A Soldier" was his late Grandfather, Angus. Angus was a member of the RCAF and an aircraft mechanic during WWII. Angus also did not go to Europe or Asia, as he had a back injury. But all four Angus brothers, George, Murdo, Donald, and Jack, fought overseas in Europe during WWII. Sadly, Angus passed away in 1990.

Reginald Angus Argue shared a story from his life in which he participated in the Winter Indoc Exercise in the NWT in 1990. During this exercise, an arctic tent they were using caught fire, putting their lives in danger. Reginald also saved the life of an MCPL who was sleeping in a sleeping bag that caught fire, and flames had jumped on top of it.
