Mark DeMontis is the Founder of Courage Hockey, a member of Canada's National Blind Hockey Team, and a TV host.

DeMontis played a Triple-A hickey at the age of 17 years old.  He was diagnosed with Leber's optic neuropathy.  After DeMontis lost his central vision, his dream of becoming a pro hockey player was over.
